Bigfoot Botanicals offers Kokedama care, repair and rebuilding services for Kokedama purchased from us or anywhere else.
Whether your moss is getting tired, your twine has loosened, your plant needs a refresh, or your Kokedama needs to be completely rebuilt, bring it to us and we’ll help determine what it needs.
And sometimes, what it needs costs nothing.
Minor adjustments, basic health checks, care advice and quick re-ties are complimentary. We’d rather help you keep your Kokedama thriving than sell you a service you don’t need.

How It Works
Choose the service that best describes what your Kokedama needs and submit your request. If you aren't sure, choose the Free Kokedama Check-Up and we'll take a look first.
Kokedama service is completed through drop-off at our local service location. The exact drop-off location and instructions are provided after your service request is submitted and the drop-off agreement is accepted.
After dropping off your Kokedama, please take one clear photo showing the Kokedama where you left it. Keep the photo until we confirm that your Kokedama has been checked in. This gives both you and Bigfoot Botanicals a simple record of the drop-off and its condition at arrival.
Once we've received your Kokedama, we'll inspect it and complete the requested service. If we believe additional work is needed that would increase the price, we'll contact you before performing it.
Service Time
Please allow at least 24 hours for Kokedama service. Some services may take longer depending on the condition of the plant, the work required, material availability and our current service volume.
We'll contact you using your preferred contact method as soon as your Kokedama is ready.
Getting Your Kokedama Back
You may return to pick up your completed Kokedama, or choose Local Return Delivery for an additional fee where available.
We currently do not offer Kokedama pickup service. This allows us to keep our service pricing low while still offering convenient return delivery after the work is finished.

If it's a Kokedama, we're happy to help you care for it.
Where Curiosity Takes Root.
To protect the plants in our care, Kokedama showing signs of active pests may not be brought into our plant-care area. Plants are living organisms, and while every Kokedama is handled with care, recovery, continued growth or survival following service cannot be guaranteed.
Local Front Door Delivery — Contactless
We’ll deliver your completed Kokedama to the front door of the address provided and notify you when delivery has been completed. No one needs to be home.
Contactless Delivery: By selecting front door delivery, you authorize Bigfoot Botanicals to leave your completed Kokedama at the delivery address provided. Once delivery has been completed and you have been notified, the Kokedama is considered returned to your care. Please plan accordingly for weather, pets, theft, or other conditions that could affect a plant left outdoors.
